Now, more than ever, we’re all craving a sense of routine. But between the chaos of working from home, Zoom calls, suddenly cooking almost all of your meals from scratch, and for some, providing full-time childcare and even homeschooling your kids, it can sometimes feel like you’ve lost control of the day before it has even begun. One solution? Try adding CBD into your morning routine.

CBD in small doses provides focus and a sense of calm so you’re able to take on the day. We suggest taking Feals straight up or blending it into this creamy coconut-and-coffee confection, inspired by Feals co-founder Drew Todd, or into a green smoothie. We may not have control over much these days, but with these simple healthy recipes, at least we can get a handle on the most important meal of the day.

1. CBD Bulletproof Coffee

Sure, the dalgona, or whipped coffee may be filling up your social media feed, but if you’re looking for a morning java that will keep you sharp and satiated, with the caffeine jitters throughout the morning, this CBD coconut bulletproof is where it’s at.

2. Minty Superfood Smoothie

This smoothie has it all. Fiber from spinach and chia seeds, Plus with its sweet, minty flavor, kids love it (just skip the CBD)!

3. Straight Up

It’s easy. Take a couple drops under your tongue (hold for about 30 seconds before swallowing) and pair the ritual with another part of your morning routine, be it a quick 10-minute meditation or yoga session.
